This project focused on creating a well-balanced and functional layout while maintaining a modern, cozy aesthetic. Despite the spacious floor plan, it required precise zoning to accommodate all the family’s needs. Some areas were designed unconventionally: the father’s home office was integrated into the storage room, the master bedroom was divided into a sleeping area and a separate family activity zone, and the insulated loggia adjoining the daughter’s bedroom was transformed into a spacious and inviting playroom. The interior design combines functionality with a warm, contemporary style, using thoughtful materials, soft textures, and a harmonious color palette to create a comfortable and personalized living environment.
